The selection of oils are designed to move stagnant energy, detoxify the body, calm the mind, relax the body and restore equilibrium.

Balance your body, mind and spirit with the natural, harmonizing earth element of plants through essential oils and yoga. This will be a restorative practice of long held yin poses focusing on breath, sensation and stillness. This 90min Yoga Class with half a dozen essential oils will be followed by a brief introduction to natural solutions for the health and wellness of the entire family.
